What projects could be funded by the proposed Town Center Development District?
Walkable, landscaped streets, wide sidewalks, parking facilities, utilities, public spaces and promenades, and other infrastructure that the Town Center Plan identifies as needed to support new restaurants, shops, housing, offices, gathering places, safety, and connectivity downtown.
The Bike-Ped Bridge over I-5 has been removed from the list, and a food cart pod incentive has been added to the list.
