The Wilsonville Town Center Plan chooses vision over vacancies. The Plan improves traffic flow, and provides safer streets, housing opportunities, gathering spaces, and infrastructure to help local shops and restaurants thrive in the heart of downtown.

Town Center Subdistricts
There are 4 subdistricts in the Town Center Zone. Each subdistrict is a little different. The central Main Street district is the focal point. Taller buildings are allowed closer to I-5. Buildings must be shorter closer to the neighboring houses to the east of Town Center.
