Urban Renewal

The proposed urban renewal district boundary is shown below. It includes the area adjacent to and within Town Center Loop, including the alignment of the proposed I-5 bike/ped bridge associated easements.

If Measure 3-605 passes, the City Council intends to form an urban renewal district in Town Center. The boundary shown below may be modified slightly during the plan adoption process, although that is not expected. 

The boundary shown below is the boundary identified by the Urban Renewal Task Force, City Staff and Consultants, as part of the Feasibility Study process.
