Since it failed, does that mean the Town Center Plan is also invalid?
The advisory measure in 2024 asked voters whether the City Council should form an urban renewal district for Town Center, which is different than the Town Center Plan itself. The Town Center Plan was adopted by the Wilsonville City Council in 2019. As an adopted policy document, the Town Center Plan regulates development in Town Center, and it remains in effect.
The failure of Measure 3-605 in 2024 means that voters did not approve of the establishment of the urban renewal district being proposed at that time; it did not repeal the adopted Town Center Plan.
